Integrity Resource Center (IRC) is a nonprofit
ministry dedicated to restoring integrity and faith at work. IRC
was founded in 2001 by Rick Boxx with a dream of seeing lives and
workplaces transformed as business leaders learn God's principles
on how to integrate their faith and their work.
Imagine 100,000 or more businesses not only dedicating their work
to God, but also making a written covenant to do their work with:
- Courageous Faith
- Integrity
- Relationships with God and others that
are biblically driven
- Excellence
Integrity Resource Center carries out its mission
using four key stategies:
- Events - hosting events that feature well known Christian business leaders and teachers,
IRC is able to draw hundreds of leaders into thinking about their faith at work.
- “Faith Incorporated” is a conference developed by IRC to encourage business leaders to live out their faith at work with integrity.
- Radio and Teaching - through radio, seminars and speaking engagements, IRC is able to instruct workplace leaders on a deeper
understanding of how to live out their faith in practical ways at work.
- Our weekly “Faith Incorporated” radio program and our daily “Integrity Moments” radio vignettes are touching thousands of business
leaders lives. Through secular radio we are impacting many business leaders who may never otherwise hear God’s truth.
- Resources - Small group studies such as "Work That Matters"
and "Ten Biblical Principles for Business" are just some of the
materials developed by IRC to better help see faith and integrity
restored in the marketplace. In addition, IRC carries books, CD's
and DVD's of many of the great teachers of our day.
- Counseling - Over 600 businesses each year call IRC with their
financial, business, and ethical dilemmas. Our counsel not only
provides direction for these leaders but also prayer peace and
comfort.

About Rick Boxx
Rick Boxx, President and Founder of Integrity
Resource Center, is an internationally recognized author, speaker,
management consultant, CPA, former bank executive, and entrepreneur.

Rick has authored
“How To Prosper in Business…Without Sacrificing
Integrity,” his latest 10 week small group study called
“Work That Matters,” and authors a weekly
broadcast email called Integrity Moments which reaches and
impacts in excess of 1,000,000 leaders around the world. He
has also been featured on nationally syndicated radio programs
such as “Moody’s Mid-Day Connection,” “Life
Perspectives,” and Crown Financial Ministries “Money
Matters.” In addition to teaching Crown Ministries,
“Business by the Book” workshop, Rick has spoken
to numerous men’s ministry groups, churches, rotary
clubs, and many other Christian and business organizations.

In addition to Rick’s Integrity Resource Center roles
he currently serves on the board of the Cityt Wide Prayer
Movement, is a founding director of Horizon Academy, a school
for learning disabilities, and is an instructor for Crown
Financial Ministries. Rick has given biblically based counsel
to thousands of business owners.
He and his lovely wife, Kathy, are lifelong
residents of the Kansas City area and have three awesome children:
