Check with your tax advisor or read IRS Publication 526. 5. You can make an important contribution to our ministry and those we serve. Vehicle types Automobiles, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, utility trailers, campers, and RVs. Bulldozers, road graders, backhoes, rock trucks, paving equipment. Lumber trucks, industrial equipment, farming equipment Power boats, yachts, sail boats, commercial fishing The Process! 1. Gather your vehicle's make, model, vehicle identification number and current mileage. 2. Link to the vehicle donation site and fill in your contact information. Under the 'Ministry Fund' dropdown box, choose 'OTHER' . In the 'Comments about Gift ' box at the bottom, write: 'For the benefit of Integrity Resource Center.' 3. We will contact you with instructions and arrange pick-up. 4. When the gift is complete you will receive a receipt for your contribution and after the vehicle is sold, you will receive an IRS form 1098c stating the gross sales price of the vehicle for your tax records. Through our Foundation we can accept a variety of inventory donations and sell them through domestic and worldwide markets and buyers. Our Inventory Donation Program can help facilitate a variety of inventories including (but not limited to): The Process! The process for giving inventories is managed for you. To inquire whether your inventories can work to your advantage as a charitable deduction, please call our Foundation (913) 782.9333. The process is: 1. Complete a Proposed Inventory Donation Form. 2. We will contact you to discuss the inventory. 3. We will develop and assess the marketability of the inventory. 4. Proceed with acceptance and liquidation. While we can accept a wide range of products, there are some restrictions, so please check with us to see how your inventory can be converted into a charitable donation. Each gift of inventory is considered on a case-by-case basis. It is always a good idea to seek legal and tax advice from your professional advisor(s).
