In 2001 I started my business after leaving a company due to integrity issues. I discovered Integrity Resource Center and attended one of their workshops. The idea of teaching and equipping business leaders to uphold God's principles in the workplace resonated with me.

After prayer and discussion with Rick Boxx, I thought it was time to begin a ministry in my church, Church of the Resurrection. We started with a small group bible study for Business Leaders, which expanded to hosting an event for over 225 people, which resulted in 10 new small groups.

Our business people are thirsty to understand how to apply God's principles in the secular world and stay competitive. Recently I have led an Integrity Resource Center “Work that Matters” small group study that has ....

I'm currently leading the Work That Matters study with a group of business owners. I'm on fire for how I can personally impact our community via my workplace. Before I opened my company, I asked God whether I should be in ministry or stay in the workplace. What I realized through this study is that my workplace is a ministry.

I believe this study is equipping me to reach the "nations" and is helping me make an impact in my workplace and impacting other individuals for Christ. It's showing me how praying for my competition is actually a blessing. It's showing me that God Owns It All and that He will bless me as I'm faithful to tithe from my profits. It's showing me how to stay out of debt so that I'm not in bondage to a lender or to my job.

I utilize IRC and Rick Boxx for business counseling and as an advisor to my company. Rick provides unbiased and sound biblical counsel for all different types of situations and questions I have. I feel totally blessed by this ministry and am so thankful that God connected us.
